- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is the most shameful company i have ever come across. my dying mother wish was that some precious tables be sent to canada. my sister was threatened with extra charges, told they couldnt be delivered to the address stated and after all that one of them arrived irreparably damaged. she was then told she would have to pay 150.00 excess before any insurance was paid after quotes for repairs were supplied.. my mother paid thousands of pounds literally. they refuse to reply to emails, telephone calls are non-existent. i am now engaging with the British Association of Removers of which they are a member and will follow their advice of how to bring these dreadful people to justice. Our opinion is that they are callous, uncaring charlatans and completely unprofessional. my mothers dying wish has been shattered. she has lost over five thousand pounds. disgraceful.
